B. Mitochondria
C. Dendrites 
D. Axon hillock
E. Axon
F. Node of Ranvier
G. Axon Terminal
H. Muscle Cell
I. Internode

A. Myelinated Axon Branch
B. Internodes
C. Axon

And I believe the black bands on the axon branch between the internodes are the Nodes of Ranvier.
